The writings by hand on the third page is the handwriting of Adolf Hitler.

The two Sealing stamps shown on the third page are related to the Reichsuniversitat Konigsberg (Which was also situated at Konigsberg, across the bookstore Grafe und Hauser, das haus der Bucher.
This University was bommed also in 1944.) and the Reichsbahn gesellschaft.
